1) общ. горлышко (бутылки) (в переносном смысле — препятствие, помеха, слабое место, проблема)
2) узкое место
а) упр. (ресурс, ограничивающий производственные возможности всего производственного процесса; напр., оборудование с наименьшей пропускной способностью, недостаточные трудовые ресурсы на каком-л. этапе производства и т. п.)
б) упр. (неспособность отдельного сегмента системы справляться с заданным объемом работ, которая замедляет выполнение последующих операций другими сегментами системы)
в) упр., учет (ситуация принятия решения при недостаточных производственных мощностях; предполагает использование директ-костинга или системы калькулирования себестоимости по переменным затратам для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений по формированию оптимальной производственной программы и оптимального (с точки зрения прибыли) ассортимента производимой и реализуемой продукции)
